2nd Halloween piece.
"Curse of the Lover’s Tree"
Ink, marker, watercolor, and digital screentone on 14 x 17 bristol board.
First Halloween art-show piece.
"Monster Meet Cute"
Ink, marker, watercolor on 14 x 17 bristol board.
I’m participating in a Halloween art show/party- here’s the detes and the two pictures I did for the show:
Work is ink, marker, watercolor, and some screentone on 14 x 17 bristol.
A personal commission. This is what happens when you say you want a picture with Harden and Anthony Davis in it and then leave the rest up to me…
Image I did for ESPN for Saturday’s Kansas/Oklahoma state matchup. Kansas won, but Wiggins didn’t quite live up to the billing of the image.
Another work from 2013. Young MJ rocking the cradle- based on this play:
It was hard because this is the clearest view of it I could find- so I had to fill in a lot of the blanks myself.
I also added a historically inaccurate amount of hair because that’s what I think of when I think of young MJ- even though in the video he seems to have it pretty closely cropped.
Still got some stuff from 2013 I haven’t posted yet.
This was a commissioned piece I did. Feeling like for 2014 I’m going to be focusing a lot on doing my own random stuff so you might need to butter me up some to get anything out of me… but I’ll be posting when I do something worth sharing. Thanks for sticking around!
Refresh the creativity with some straight from imagination stuff.
I made this piece for a group art show in Seattle that starts this week:
If you haven’t seen that movie in a while it probably makes no sense. Watch the movie then get back to me.
If you’re around Seattle this weekend or love the movie so much you’re willing to travel (???) then check it out- should be fun, and there’ll be refreshments.
